This Silicone Rubber set is used to make mold of tool marks,
scratches on cars by traffic accidents, traces of bullets or cutlery etc.
Hardening agent is mixed to silicone rubber paste, base material, of volume of
20 times, and applied over the surface of traces to make replicas. Approx. 5
to 10 minutes, silicone rubber paste will be hardened and precise rubber
negative mold can be taken.
Special Features:
Highly accurate reproduction and transcription are
possible without any heating, contraction or transformation of mold.
Silicone rubber mold is black color. So, because of its fine contrast of
unevenness, identification is easily performed not to speak of ideal
photographing effects. Because of high elastically, after hardening,
excellent reproduction of cut-in portions is possible. After hardening, no
weathering occurs. Silicone rubber paste has high viscosity. So, it is easy
to make molds from a vertical part easily.
